Terms and Conditions of Service:
- Invoices are usually payable 30 days from the invoice date, should you exceed the 30 days, reasonable interest and administration costs may be charged to your organisation in addition to the original invoice amount.
- Additional charges may be applicable for some services which fall outside of the remit of the fixed price retainer package, these will be discussed with your company, before you are charged.
- The services included in the fixed price retainer are detailed in the fixed price part of our website and includes upto one full day on your site, additional days may be purchased at a consultancy day rate.
- Additional drafting of documents, which are not covered in the fixed price retainer may be chargeable but may be provided free of charge at the discretion of the Managing Director.
- Fixed price retainer unlimited telephone and E Mail support includes verbal/ written health and safety advice and advice on the suitability of existing health and safety documents or health and safety documents which you have written but does not include additional drafting of documents by ourselves, or documents which are not mentioned in the fixed price retainer.
- Should any invoices not be paid in the time agreed at any time during our contract with your organisation we will reserve the right to our suspend services until suitable payments have been made to us.
- If payment is made by cheque which is subsequently declined by your banking organisation we reserve the right to charge reasonable interest and administration costs.
- Our contract may be terminated with your organisation should any member of our staff be verbally or physically abused by any member of your staff.
- Terms and conditions will be updated on a regular basis at the discretion of Wallett HSE Services Limited and will be displayed on our website.
